Hiya

I am not sure if this is the right place... but...

I have created this handy program which allows you to generate clientinfo files. It allows you to preview them too, In the future I might consider adding the ability to edit existing files too... Server operators might find this tool useful.

NEW! The installer also installs an XML editor of my own creation. This editor is only a BETA and I distribute it with no warrenty of ANY kind.

I will add more to this as I can think of it.

RELEASE FILES:

*NEWEST VERSION* (RELEASE CANDIDATE 1 [2.0.259]) - VIEW & DOWNLOAD HERE |

REQUIREMENTS:

Please click the "VIEW README" link above.

HOW TO USE:

(1.1.95+)
- After downloading the file marked 'nwrocig2_setup-rc1.exe', run it and;

- Go to your start menu, then programs (or all programs), then look for NW's RO ClientInfo Generator and click that to launch...

Could you also tell me what version of windows you were using, ram amount, cpu speed, that sort of thing and send it to the above address, thankyou.

Hmm... It's working for me, I'm using one on my private server that I made with this program...

Make sure the oRO extended slot system checkbox is selected when you generate the file. (I will fix this bug in the next release... Hopefully...)

Try opening the file with notepad or with Visual Web Developer 2005. Changing <SETTING_NAME \> to <SETTING_NAME></SETTING_NAME> and then saving it.

Where SETTING_NAME is either:
readfolder
extendedslot
hideaccountlist
passwordencrypt
passwordencrypt2

It's a connection issue, Geocities only allows a few people on at a time... I'll see what I can do...

Thanks (IMG:http://www.eathena.ws/board/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) A new version is coming out on friday, It was going to be released on monday, But I had some issues with the XML Editor that I am now including. For the latest news please check the website here.

The new version (1.1.79) includes some new things and fixes quite a few bugs. You may also notice less bugs clientside too as some of the code has been rearranged.
