I've been with Systeminplace.net for over a year now and i have to say im impressed at how well they run their business, I have 3 servers hosted with SIP and none of them lag or have any downtime. SIP is there when the server needs support and even teach me how to do stuff i dont know how to do. I'm happy i chose SIP over all the other hosting companies...

I have been a customer for 6 months on this account with system in place, and more on another account spreading back at least a year and a half. I have seen them as a strong hosting company, who have recently hired more staff to manage the increasing popularity of their hosting services. They are able to manage the heavy workload that is presented to them. They offer support that will help you immediately with the use of a custom help desk, as well as the option of contacting staff via MSN or AIM (if you are on your accounts authorized e-mail list). When a ticket is filed a technician will respond in at most a 24 hour time frame, usually less.

With our current server, we experience almost no downtime and or lag with the service S.I.P provides for us. Not only is System in Place knowledge about the technical aspects of their servers, but they are also knowledgeable in the world of eAthena configuration/troubleshooting.

I strongly recommend this hosting company!

I've never seen a problem with their service. And Musashiden is quite helpful in all times. If you got any problems its usually solved the same day if not the following day. Hosting is also quite good and uptime is also pretty excellent.

I got nothing bad to say towards SIP and have used it for three servers already and recommended others as well to try the service themself and become very happy with it.

i've been with SIP for 4 months now, and i have had more then my share of problems with my server (mostly my fault) but SIP has always been helpful and there to fixed every single one of them. Now with the addition of the SIP Control Center, managing my server has never been easier. I update my svn, upload my files, and start, stop, backup my server quickly. The main thing that i love about SIP is that i get support relatively quickly, within a day or 2 when i post a support ticket, and when they're on AIM or MSN, i get a response within the next 5 minutes or so. The support is so good that they reinstalled SVN many times when i had major problems with it, updated it for me, did backups, and also editted the source code to work with my client (purely my fault for the problems). Now they even lowered their price down for their server and my monthly cost was lowered by $20. In the 4 months i've been on SIP, i've only had 1 unexpected downtime, but it was only for 10 min while they were fixing a minor error and rebooting their server. All in all, they've been extremely helpful and i would recommend it for anyone who runs a server.

I am currently a ragnarok online customer of www.systeminplace.net and i have very pleased with the service they provide. It takes no longer than 24hrs for my support tickets to be answered. The owner is kind and guides me with any problems i come to him for. The service as been fast and no lagg nor downtime. I would refer this service to any of my friends and hope you all have the good experience i am having. Very good service SIP provides =)

I'm slightly surprised that the old thread was removed.

As a GM at AvalancheRO we attempted to use SiP hosting for the first month of our service. It was awful. Miserable and awful. At the beginning of the hosting period everything went wonderfully. However, it was our first time attempting to set up a server, and we had a few questions, mostly to do with configuration. Help request emails went unanswered for periods of weeks, and when they were finally returned the information given was incomplete and didn't fully answer the question. The server options we bought were based on maximum users (e.g. maximum 100 users, maximum 200 users) and our server grew quickly. Quite unsurprisingly, SiP received and answered our request to upgrade (and therefore pay more money) quite quickly. However, the server lagged even when it was not reaching the user maximum. The pre-configured 200 user option lagged frequently with user numbers of roughly 150. More support emails went unanswered. Yet AvalancheRO did receive a email requesting the next months payment.

Not a chance. We've moved onto ThePlanet professional hosting and we are quite happy with it: it's cheaper and faster. We get no support from them, but then again we never got any support from SiP either. Sounds like a good trade to me.

I really do find it odd, however, that after months of bad ratings of SiP hosting, the old topic was entirely deleted and suddenly there are numbers of users with minimal post counts contributing fantastic reviews of SiP hosting.

I nuked both threads clean (this one and the Sereon one) due to heavy flame wars between the two companies.

Users are allowed to post both good AND bad reviews. The user is also heald liable for comments in either direction.

I ALREADY HAVE A SERVER RUNING ON A DEDICATED SERVER COMPANY SITED IN CALIFORNIA (NORMAL SERVER THEY DONT SET UP NOTHING OF EATHENA).

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT SERVICES LIKE SYSTEM IN PLACE ARE VERY GOOD INDEED BUT THEY HAVE SHARED MACHINES FOR THE SERVERS ...

THE LOWEST MONTLY RENT YOU CAN PAY FOR A DUAL XEON SERVER IS 200DLLS SO HAVING A 300 MAX USER SERVER DUAL XEON FOR $75 A MONTH IS PRETTY GOOD, BUT SHARED WITH ANOTHER 4 OR 5 SERVERS

THE COMMENTS IS SIMPLE ... THIS KIDA HOSTING IS 100% USEFULL FOR PEOPLE JUST LEARNING EATHENA AND WANT TO HAVE THE SERVER RUNNING...

WHEN YOU HAVE LEARNED ALL YOU NEED TO SET UP THE SERVER BY YOURSELF ... TRY TO GET A DEDICATED SERVER FOR YOU AND YOU ALONE .. NO USER RESTRICTION .... NO LAG ... =)

Hello, i did a survey between Systeminplace and another server and i found out that SIP has a very good service, they have free domain, free 25 teamspeak slots, etc. and no lag has been experienced according to my research.
anyway, if i were u, pick SIP. If u Pay, you'll get the server for like in hours. and this other server im talking bout is so slow, because i have to pay first and wait for 3 weeks because they have a full slot... and it just sucks because they have a limited slot and the owner is just hosting the server in his own house so you'll get LAGs ang LAGs..
Anyway, I'm planning to get the server of SIP when my friend's paypal is activated. I assure you, u'll get more privileges that you never heard of
